How Well Do You Adapt?
Leave the first response June 18, 2009 / Posted in MindsetAs marketers, we are faced with a lot of change. What works well today, may not work tomorrow. Also, when testing new markets, we need to think outside of the box and devise selling propositions that exceed our competitors just to maintain our own survival.
Below is a video that is really inspiring. I wanted to post this because I think it says a lot.
Now let me ask you, if a Crow can find success and survive, do you think you can? I think the answer is obvious.
Always remember that success comes from within, and those who endure are the ones who survive. Keep your head up and stay positive no matter what your situation. There is always an answer!
Build Google Campaigns Using SpeedPPC
2 Comments June 14, 2009 / Posted in Google AdwordsSpeed PPC is a great program to quickly throw up laser targeted campaigns. Coupled with php echo, you can increase your conversion rates substantiually as well. I put together this video to show you an example of how you can get a campaign up in a very short period of time, with every keyword having a targeted ad as well as the landing page having the keyword term strategically placed throughout.
I don’t go through every single feature but you’ll get a great idea of how great the program really is. Also, make sure you set your campaign settings properly in adwords editor before you upload to Goolge… By the way, you can get SpeedPPC right here.
Enjoy! Please feel free to leave a comment below… i’d love to hear it!
Here’s the LP code: <? echo $_GET['id'] ?>
By the way, SpeedPPC gives you all the information on how to use this code once you join
Find Cheap Article Writers Fast
Leave the first response June 12, 2009 / Posted in Content CreationSomething happened today that really blew my mind. Anyone who has talked to me in the past has most likely heard me talk about the WarriorForum. That place is amazing.
I am diving into a new niche and building out an authority site and needed some articles like FAST.
Now, my usual content writers are so busy I needed to look elsewhere because I really really want to get this new niche ramped up fast so I decided to do what I tell everyone to do. Go to the WarriorForum and post that you need articles and are looking for a writer.
Well, take a look at the PM’s I got within an hour:

Anyone who is having trouble finding content writers certainly hasn’t been at the WarriorForum. Now, what I do is give each a couple articles to do, and this serves as sort of an interview. The ones who respond the fastest and have the best quality usually stay pretty busy with me
And the best part, they work EXTREMELY reasonable! Now of course, I pay them more than they are asking. Why? If I need articles fast and email them, who is going to get priority?
This is a John Reese method, and let me tell you… he is so right!

AdWords Peel And Stick
10 Comments June 9, 2009 / Posted in Google AdwordsPerry Marshall has talked about “peel and stick” for a very long time. I can tell you first hand, it is quite effective. By putting your top performing keywords in their own campaign, and with Google taking campaign performance history into account, your impression share usually spikes.
But i’ve taken it a step further. I check and see what exact phrases were used to trigger my keyword (for my broad and phrase match campaigns), and then peel and stick those top performing keywords as exact match. Normally I would have had to run a search query report but now with the new interface, I can pull this data in seconds.
Check out my technique (no big secret, but for many, it’s something they don’t do):

Google Wonder Wheel Keyword Research Tool
1 Comment June 8, 2009 / Posted in keyword researchI wanted to take a few minutes and discuss the Google Wonder Wheel because it’s one of the most powerful research tools i’ve seen… and it’s free!
One of the things I like about it, is not only can you really expand your current keyword lists, but it also can give you some insights on how Google thinks as far as placing you on the content network too.
Once Google finds a specific ad that is working well, they will continue to “branch out” that ad (yes even onto less relavent sites) to see how it performs. That’s why it is so important to run placement reports regularly.
At any rate, I made a quick video on this new tool.. hope you enjoy it and would love to hear your comments below… check it out:
